COVID-19 Related Forms

Starting September 4, 2020, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) released an order that does not allow landlords from taking any action to evict a residential tenant. The tenant must be eligible and comply with the order for nonpayment of rent. This order is good through March 31, 2021. Tenants may use the Declaration to Landlord for a Temporary Halt in Residential Eviction form. Plaintiffs in eviction actions who claim nonpayment of any rent, penalty, or interest must service the one-page notice entitled "Information on Temporary Halt in Residential Eviction for Nonpayment of Rent" with the summons and complaint and the REIS.
