An adult child, parent, brother, or sister
An heir of the decedent
A person named to serve as personal representative in the will
A personal representative or executor appointed in the state of residence, or a person named by the personal representative from the state
Any creditor of the decedent (if it has been 45 days or more since the death)
The office of the County Public Fiduciary
