Will I get the money I file with the court back after the appeal?

If you win, the amount posted to the bond will be returned.  You will also be entitled to a reimbursement of the costs related to your appeal, such as transcript preparation.  However in cases of eviction, if you paid rent to the court and were living in the property during the appeal, you are not entitled to receive those funds.
