What is the Record on Appeal?

A Record on Appeal consists of exhibits, evidence, transcripts, and filings that were submitted to the lower jurisdiction court that originally heard the case.  The Superior Court hearing the appeal will only consider the Record on Appeal and the law as it applies to your case.  No new evidence or witnesses will be considered.
